Return & Refund Policy – Chikan Ivory

At Chikan Ivory, every piece is handcrafted with love and care by skilled artisans. We truly hope you adore your purchase as much as we loved creating it for you.

Because our garments are delicately handmade and often produced in limited quantities, we currently do not offer general returns.

🌸 Returns

We are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Please note that slight thread variations, subtle irregularities, or minor color differences are natural characteristics of authentic handcrafted Chikankari and are part of its unique beauty — not defects.

We kindly request you to review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

  • Please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • An unboxing video (recorded from start to finish without cuts) is required for verification.

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once verified, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit if a replacement is not available.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed only if a replacement cannot be arranged.

Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🌍 International Orders

All international orders are considered final sale.
However, if you receive a damaged item, please reach out within 3 days with an unboxing video, and we will assist you.
